Privacy policy

Turn On My Brand helps small businesses set up and optimize their Google Business Profile, gather customer reviews, and showcase testimonials. If you have a question about this policy, email richard@turnonmybrand.com.

Information you send us. When you request a review audit or contact us, we collect the name, business name, email address, the services you are interested in, and any notes you choose to include.

Review page submissions. If you use a review page we built for a business, we may process the star rating and any comments you submit so that the business owner can read and respond to them.

Basic technical data. Our hosting provider records standard request information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, in order to serve and secure the site.

We use the information to reply to you, prepare the audit or mockup you asked for, deliver the services you hire us for, and keep the site working properly. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate this site and our business — for example our website hosting and database provider, and our email provider for notifications about your inquiry. They may only process the information on our behalf.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Links to Google, Facebook and other review platforms take you to those companies' own websites. Anything you post there is governed by their terms and privacy policies, not ours. We never block or filter who can leave a public review — we only offer customers the option to reach the business owner first.

This site uses only the cookies and local storage needed for pages and forms to work. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this page to say what is collected.

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, and we delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to.

You can ask us to send you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email richard@turnonmybrand.com and we will respond as promptly as we can. You can also ask us to stop emailing you at any time.

Information you send through our forms is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored with access controls at our hosting provider. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we ask that you avoid sending sensitive personal information through the contact form.

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change how we handle information, we will post the updated policy here with a new date at the top.
